Susan Manchel - Principal and Founder 

Susan began working in the wireless industry in 1995, almost exclusively in site acquisition, zoning and permitting.  Over the years, she has performed project management and site acquisition on hundreds of wireless sites in the mid-atlantic region and has also done site acquisition for microwave builds as well. 
She started her career in telecommunications working for Apex Site Management where she designed and implemented strategies to market over 500 properties to cellular companies. 

From Apex, Susan then developed vast experience in site acquisition, working with several key national firms that serviced almost all of the telecommunication companies. 

Susan has a B.A. from West Virginia University and J.D. from Widener University Law School. 

Robert Madonna - Executive Advisor

Robert is a Principal and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for McCoy Enterprises, a leading corporate employee training and consulting firm in Newark, Delaware.
 
Prior to his present position, Robert was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for EchoBurst Corporation of Dulles, VA, a wireless Location Based Service (LBS) provider.  He worked in a similar capacity for Numerex Corporation of Atlanta, Georgia, a machine-to-machine product and service provider.

From 1997 to 2001, Robert was responsible for the successful turnaround of four business units:  Broadband Networks Inc. (BNI), a video communications and networking provider; UPLINK Security, a provider of wireless security services; Digilog, a provider of Telco network test equipment; and DCX Systems, a provider of wireline telemetry technologies.

Previously, Robert had a diverse and successful career at Bell Atlantic Corporation (now Verizon Corp.).  His responsibilities included new product development, sales and marketing, and customer services positions.  While at Bell Atlantic, Mr. Madonna was responsible for developing and implementing various new products and services such as CLASS Calling Services, CATV Pay-per-View Services and Automatic Utility Meter Reading Services.
